Blast Wheel Blades are specifically manufactured in various forms of Blast Wheel. We allow blades for various blast wheel designs. Our Wheel Blades are composed of High Chromium Special Alloy Composition. Since we manufacture these using the Shell Moulding method, our castings have good surface regularity, good dimensional accuracy, and better fitment than conventional Shell Moulding Castings
For increasing the wear resistance characteristics, the fixtures are also heat-treated and through-hardened (60 - 62 HRC)
We have also produced Wheel blades in Material Tool Steel. Due to its greater stability to Wear it gives longer life which in turn decreases your maintenance cost considerably.
